- Insured people under 18 are entitled to the following of the above activities annually:

- Four medical activities, as two of them are pulpitis or periodontitis of a permanent tooth
- Insured persons over 18 and are entitled to the following of the above activities annually:
- A detailed examination including prophylactic of dental status
- Two medical activities
For pregnant women - an additional detailed dental examination with including dental status.
